Unexpected GetAsset Indication generated in case many assets exist

            Description

            As defined in PSPNS-2721 the protocol stack shall have a fix layout for Assets. Each index from network shall at most return 200 Assets and thus only these number of Assets shall be requested from application.

            Current implementation will ask for more than 200 Assets from application which is not intended.
