in case IO Controller application negatively responds an alarm this information is not given to IO Device application

            Description

            If IO Device has sent an alarm to IO Controller and now IO Controller sends a negative alarm Data acknowledge it is expected that the error code of IO Controller is given to IO Device application.

            Current implementation reports status "ok" to application.
