Service RCX_GET_DPM_IO_INFO_REQ returns unexpected values in case IOxS is active

The service RCX_GET_DPM_IO_INFO_REQ shall only return the real IO data size and not IOxS.

Current implementation works as expected if IOxS is disabled.

However if IOxS is enabled the IO data size returned by the service is incorrect (neither matches real IO data size without IOxS nor matches size including IOxS).
