DPM watchdog time is immediately modified when a SetConfiguration packet is received

            Description

            In case the firmware is already configured and running a second SetConfiguration Request can be received at any point in time. However its configuration shall not be applied until a ChannelInit is requested.

            Current AP task implementation immediately uses the DPM watchdog timing from the received SetConfiguration Request without waiting for ChannelInit command.
