Description
Alarms send from IO Device to IO Controller contain (among other parameters) the ModuleIdentifier and SubmoduleIdentifier of the reporting submodule.
In current implementation Plug and Pull alarms report ModuleIdentifier 0 and SubmoduleIdentifier 0. Other alarm types (e.g. Diagnosis alarm, Process Alarm, ...) are not affected.
Only Protocol Stack V3.12.0.x is affected. Earlier branches (e.g. 3.11.0.x, 3.10.0.x, ...) are not affected by this issue.
