      Description

If protocol stack receives a WriteRecord Request for a user-specific index it is expected that the service is rejected on the network in case no application is registered.

This works as expected if the WriteRecord on the network is not fragmented (< 1300 byte).

If the WriteRecord parameter needs to be transfered fragmented (> 1300 byte) the protocol stack does not respond at all to the request.
