In case application switches busstate to OFF no new error shall be reported to field ulCommunicationError

            Description

            In case the application actively sets Bus OFF  the DPM field "ulCommunicationError" shall not be touched and the ErrorFlag shall not be touched.

            If an error was present this shall still be reported. If no error was present no new error shall be added.
