            Description

            PNSv4 and PNSv3 share almost identical packet API. However the headers differ almost everywhere. This is caused by e.g. different macros for packed structures or differently names basic structure names.

            This ticket shall lead to the result of almost identical API header of PNSv3 and PNSv4.

            In addition the header shall be modified to base on the generic Hilscher Definitions headers and no longer use any rcX or TLR header files.
