Unexpected behavior when reading record index 0x80A1

According to current specification the record index 0x80A1 is reserved but the protocol stack seems to forwards it to the application. It is unclear why this is done and if it is necessary. Before the PE-ASE was implemented all PE-Energy records have been forwarded to the application. Before changing this behavior, existing PE-Energy implementations according to old standards have to be considered.
