NXLOM example application does not handle DCP Reset to Factory as expected (Ceritification Issue)

The Application configures the stack to handle I&M data by itself. But remanent data will be handeld by the Application.

Performing DCP Reset to Factory Mode Communication paramter leads to reset the whole remanent data (also I&M data).
