reconfiguration may return unexpected error indicating overlapping DPM offsets

If application is using the IOXS interface to access IOPS and/or IOCS it may happen that the protocol stack rejects the reconfiguration of application with error TLR_E_PNS_IF_DMP_ACCESS_WITH_INVALID_OFFSET although there are no overlapping DPM offsets in configuration.

The error situation highly relates to the configuration used and is thus hard to describe here. It is more likely to happen if the IOXS offsets are put to the end of the IO image and if IO Image uses a size.
