PNS_IF_GET_PARAMETER_REQ with PrmType 0x3 returns wrong PrmType in confirmation

            Description

            If EthernetParameters shall be read from protocol stack (PrmType 0x3) the correct Ethernet Parameters are returned in confirmation. However the field "usPrmType" in confirmation is set to 0, expected is 0x3.
