Unexpected Read I&M5 indication in application if I&M is handled by application and I&M5 is not activated

            Description

            The new API to read I&M5 data shall only be used by protocol stack if this is activated by application. By default I&M5 shall not be forwarded to application.

            Current implementation always forwards read of I&M5 to application.
