invalid error code returned in case of writing to submodule not owned by Controller or ReadOnly objects

            Description

            If an IO Controller writes an objects where IO Controller is not the owner of the submodule (or the object is ReadOnly) the write shall be answered with "Access Denied".

            Currently response is sometimes "invalid index" (depends on the object written) which is incorrect.
