"No sync message received" diagnosis is unexpectedly reported

            Description

            If IRT application relation is established and the  IO Controller (which is the sync master)  is disconnected the device generate "No sync message received" diagnosis as expected. If nNow RT application relation is established, the Device still reports the diagnosis even if no synchronization required.
