wrong response to RCX_GET_DPM_IO_INFO_REQ in case of only inputs configured

            Description

            If only inputs are configured the response to RCX_GET_DPM_IO_INFO_REQ is incorrect. It states to only contain 1 block (expected 2 blocks). However the packet length contains 2 blocks which is inconsistent.
