[loadable module]: Split IRQ groups to smaller chunks

Current loadable module uses two Interrupt Groups each requesting 3 IRQs.
This makes mixing this module with others complicated.

If possible instead of 1 IRQ group using 3 IRQs in a row it would be better to have 3 single IRQ groups each using 1 IRQ.

This should be done for COM IRQs and MSYNC IRQs.
