if webserver is deactivated via taglist the IP port 80 shall be usable by application

            Description

            All loadable firmware with integrated webserver disallow application to use the IP port of webserver (default 80) in case of OEM-mode used in EthernetInterface.
            If webserver is deactivated (by setting its port in taglist to 0) it is expected that port 80 can be used by an application. This is currently impossible.

            Note: Only rcX 2.0 based firmware is affected by this issue. Starting with Firmware Version 3.11.0.0 by default all Firmware is build based on rcX 2.0 and thus this issue here has no relevance.
