Line delay mesurement long interval out of allowed range (certification issue)

            Description

            The implemented timeout between two line delay measerement sequences doesn't macht the expected timeout. According to Profinet specification a new line delay measurement sequence shall be start after a pause of 8200 ms with Pause = short interval (200ms) + long interval (8s). Current implementation only waits 8000 ms.
