            Description

            According to PNIO Diagnosis Guideline if a device supports and accepts PortDataCheck record with valid CheckSyncDifference subblock the peer PTCP mismatch diagnosis shall be generate if in a SyncDomain either no valid or differents SyncMaster MAC Addresses detected, and since the stack supports CheckSyncDifference with CableSyncMode.SyncMaster = true this diagnosis shall also be supported.
