wrong error code used when rejecting unsupport suboption inside DCP SET with option ResetToFactory

A DCP SET with option ResetToFactory and a suboption that is unsupported by the protocol stack is rejected with invalid errorcode "suboption not set" (3). Expected error code is "suboption not supported" (2).

Note that only the suboption "Reset application data" (2) is supported by the protocol stack.
