Device related and AR related diagnosis-indexes deliver the same set of diagnosis

If an application configures two subslots, adds diagnosis for both and a controller does connection to only one of them, the read record from index 0xF80C (Diagnosis, Maintenance, Qualified and Status for one device) should deliver all diagnosis entries and read from index 0xE00B (Diagnosis in all codings for one AR) only for one submodule from expected in connection .
Current implementation delivers the same diagnosis set in both cases.
