invalid DCP ResetToFactory suboption is accepted but shall be rejected

            Description

            ResetToFactoryMode 1 is not supported according to GSDML. However such a request is not rejected by protocol stack. This is inconsistent and checked by newest automated certification testsystem of testbundle April 2016.
