cyclic data consistency with asynchronous host not guaranteed on IRT communication

This issue can be reproduced only in IRT mode with an asynchronous application that writes its data in provider image (in case of DPM it is the output data area) asynchronously relative to the IRT bus cycle. It sometimes happens that the data transfered on the network is a mix of data from the previos host data and the current host data. The next cyclic frame will have consistent data.
