netX100 libraries with new toolchain can not be used with provided wscript

            Description

            although the distribution of the stack contains libraries for netX100 compiled with the new toolchain compatible with rcX v2.1 these libraries are not contained in the wscript provided within the distribution.
            Thus the libraries can not be used without modifying the wscript.
