4th Ethernet Mac Address active when NDIS not used

      Description

Even if NDIS is not used by the application, the 4th Ethernet Mac Address is active in the switch. As a result, the Switch will by default drop any frame with the Mac-Address "1st (Device) Ethernet Mac Address +3". By default (NDIS is not used) the 4th Mac Address shall not be active in the switch.

      Workaround:
For LOM applications the Drv_EddIoctl using EDD_IOCTL_SET_PORT_MACADDR_REQ using bPort = 3 can be used to set the 4th (NDIS) Ethernet Mac Address to the same value as the 1st Ethernet Mac Address. This effectively disables the 4th Ethernet Mac Address. For LFW there is no workaround.
