[NXLFW]: add taglist entry to change the task priority of Timer interrupt

            Description

            a taglist entry shall be added that allows changing the rcX Timer interrupt task priority.

            Current implementation of NXLFW is done in the way that DPM watchdog is working under netload conditions. However this has negative impact to Isochronous applications.
            The taglist entry shall allow the user of the firmware to decide if DPM watchdog or Isochronous Application is to favor.
