Invalid coding of log book data record (certification issue)

            Description

            Profinet certification tool with testcase definition .4432 had an error.
            This error was not detected and instead the Profinet protocol stack was incorrectly modified (PSPNS-2331).
            The old implementation prior to wrong bugfix PSPNS-2331 was correct and thus needs to be implemented.

            The only affected versions of this issue are 3.8.0.5 and 3.9.0.1
            All older versions are not affected.
