if configured to only use 1 port for Profinet the stack shall not indicate to be MRP capable

If the Profinet IO Device protocol stack is configured to only use 1 port for Profinet usage of MRP makes no sense and is not accepted by certification.

Thus in this special scenario

• MRP client shall never be activated
• LLDP frame shall not contain the MRP-TLV
• all MRP related records shall not be supported (answer with invalid index)
• sumation records (e.g. PDPortDataReal, PDRealData) shall not contain MRP blocks
