[cifX]: when using DMA and length of data sent to IO Controller is 0 no connection to IO Controller can be established

            Description

            cifX allows usage of DMA feature.
            If this is active and the length of IO Data to be transfered to IO Controller is 0 than no ApplicationReady is sent on the bus, even if it is manually triggered by application.

            The same application works fine without DMA. In that case ApplicationReady is sent.
