setting Bus ON after configuration with application controlled startup stops switching of frames

In a specific scenario using ApplicationControlled Startup setting "bus on" may stop the switch from forwarding frames.

Assuming that the IO Device is in a line of devices, e.g.
IOC – IOD – IOD2

If IOD is configured for application controlled startup it does not communicate with IOC. However IOC and IOD2 can communicate.
if now IOD is set "Bus On" this will interrupt the communication between IOC and IOD2.

Typically the time between "power up IOD" and "set bus on" will be small and thus no communication is established between IOC and IOD2. But if this time is long enough (> 1 second) the issue may arrise.
