[GSDML]: modify the name of the current DAP to indicate the version number change

            Description

            The description of our current DAP is something like "CIFX RE/PNS V3.5.35 - V3.5.x"

            This text shall be changed to something like "CIFX RE/PNS V3.5.35 - V3.x". Thus just remove the ".5" to indicate the DAP matches v3.7.x as well
