RCX_SET_MAC_ADDR_REQ not working as exected

            Description

            The RCX_SET_MAC_ADDR_REQ ist not working. When the service is used with a netX51 based hardware without security memory, only the Port Mac addresses seem to be adjusted as expected. The Chassis Mac Address is not changed and is undefined.
