            Description

            In case the IO Controller requests ARType IO Controller AR, thus IRT is not used, but in the IOCRBlock he requests usage of RTC3 FrameIDs (which are reserved for IRT) this Connect Request shall be rejected by the IO Device.
            Currently the Request is accepted and answered positively.
