            Description

            If Supervisor DA using Advanced Startup reads out ARData dataset and no other AR exists the coding for dataset version 1.0 is used.
            According to Specification v2.3 Ed2 this coding is only allowed when an AR uses Startup mode legacy.
            During certification tests Supervisor DA uses advanced startup thus the new coding version 1.1 shall be used for the response (like it is already done when an IO Controller reads the dataset).
