Set synchronization handshakes in FIQ-ISR in case of synchronous application

For synchronous application it is important to fetch inputs and set outputs according to the configured timings and with minimal jitter. To reduce the influence of OS and interrupts the synchronization handshakes should be toggled inside of the fast interrupt service routine.
