[cifX]: remanent PDEV parameters are not stored permanently by the stack if database configuration is used (certification issue)

            Description

            if the cifX firmware is configured by database and no application is registered the PDEV parameters (e.g. Adjust MAUType, check Neighbor, ...) are not permanently stored. Only NameOfStation and IP parameters are stored permanently.
