            Description

            it shall be possible to configure the stack in a way that only 1 IO AR is allowed. Neither additional IO ARs nor SystemRedundancy ARs shall be possible.
            For SystemRedundancy ARs add a flag to StackInit to completely disable the support for this AR Type.
            For IO AR use the parameter "ulMaxAr" from StackInit.

            IO Supervisor shall not be possible either, but that is already configurable (PROFINET_IODEVICE_STARTUP_FLAG_DISALLOW_IO_SUPERVOR_AR).
            Supervisor DeviceAccess however shall still be possible, no need to add a feature to disable it.
