            Description

            In a plug sequence after sending the Connect Response to IO Controller but before sending ApplicationReady the ModuleDiffBlock of ApplicationReady shall contain the same submodule state (no module) as that reported in the ModuleDiffBlock of ConnectResponse. This is currently not dony by existing implementation.

            The change of Submodule shall be reported to the IO-Controller using Plug alarm after AR establishment phase.
