            Description

            New Profinet V2.3 specification (e.g. implemented in 1500 CPUs from Siemens) use by default the AR FSU Block in Connect Request.
            This block shall be accepted by the Profinet IO Device protocol stack. It shall be indicated to the user.

            This indication is done by extending PNS_IF_AR_CHECK_IND with the content of FSParameterBlock.

            Profinet v2.2 (and legacy startup as well) puts this information in a different indication: PNS_IF_PARAMET_SPEEDUP_SUPPORTED_IND
            This indication is now obsolete and no longer exists when startup according to specification v2.3 is done.
