wrong error code sent on dcp-request "reset to factory-settings" while aborting the AR (certification issue)

            Description

            If a dcp-request "reset to factory-settings" is triggered the device shall send an alarm with error "dcp, reset to factory-settings" (0xcf, 0x81, 0xfd, 0x20), but it sends "dcp, station-name changed" (0xcf, 0x81, 0xfd, 0x1f)“.

            Certification testlab complains this behavior, however would accept it for v2.2 certification. Will be rejected for v2.3 certification.
