            Description

            According To Profinet Spec V2.3 Section 7.3.6.4 Submodule Plug Procedures between Connect Response and Application Ready shall not affect the current state but processed after application ready. That is, the
            submodule shall be still reported as 'No Submodule' in Prm End/Application Ready, even if application signaled a plug inbetween. After Application Ready the Stack should send the Plug Alarm with corresponding information.
