setting Mac Address not possible with netX51 firmware if no Security memory exists

            Description

            Setting the mac address using RCX_SET_MAC_ADDR_REQ is currently not possible when using the stack with netX51 (NXLFW and NXLOM). This is an issue related to MAC address handling of rcX V2.1 and thus netX50 and netX100/500 are not affected.
