Channel COS READY Bit not cleared on CHANNEL_INIT

The COMM_COS_READY bit is not cleared on channel init. Therefore the driver can not safely detect configuration reloads and reports errors on channel init sometimes. The expected behaviour is to clear the ready (and run) bit, wait at least 20 milliseconds and set the ready bit again.
