            Description

            When 2 backup ARs are present, PNS_IF_ABORT_CONNECTION_REQ with hDeviceHandle = 2 is rejected with error TLR_E_PNS_IF_DEVICE_HANDLE_INVALID (0xC0300015).

            Same request is accepted with 1 backup AR or with 1 primary + 1 backup AR.
