PDEV diagnosis only reports one remote mismatch error, even if multiple errors exist

if the stack shall check e.g. the neighbors ChassisID, its PortID and its MRPDomainUUID it is expected that (in case incorrect neighbor is connected) three diagnosis errors are reported.
This is now clearly stated according to statemachine REM_CHK in 61158-5-10 and new Profinet Diagnosis Guideline.
current implementation only reports one error in this scenario
