while executing applications request for SystemReset sometimes the fiber optic transceiver LED stays off

            Description

            when host requests SystemReset (e.g. cifXTest) on comX50-REFO sometimes the fiber optic reansceiver LED is not turned on. In that situation the corresponding ethernet port is dead.
            Effect only seen on port 2
