IOCS offset fields missing in PNS_IF_PLUG_SUBMODULE_REQ_T

            Description

            The PNS_IF_PLUG_SUBMODULE_REQ_T does not contain the IOCS Status Offset fields. They should be defined similar to the ones in PNS_IF_PLUG_EXTENDED_SUBMODULE_REQ_T.
            Documentation needs to be updated accordingly.
