certification testcase DCPUCx is not completely handled as expected by test laboratory

PI testlab in USA complains:
One nuisance failure during the PROFINET certification testing is that during the DCPUCx test of the PN test software the stack will return a resource error response from the "get station name" from MacID 00.00.00.00.00.00 while already in service prior.

Expected behavior: there should be no response to this "get station name" request
