inconsistent statements about supported PNIO_Version in technical firmware datasheets

            Description

            According to publication website, certification tool V2.46 can be used for certification.

            However, the technical datasheet states supported PNIO_Version is 2.43. That PNIO_Version is not compatible with mentioned certification tool.

            Technical datasheet shall be adjusted to state support of PNIO_Version 2.45
